Proceedings

Meeting to order 7:00 p.m.

Minutes of last meeting were approved.

Treasurer: Account balance of $2452.47 with a check for $300 to be deposited.

Discussed the 2007 Christmas party. Madeline McComas will graciously host the party at her home again this year. The date was set for Sunday, December 16^th beginning 1:00 p.m. Madeline asked that we help provide healthy snack food items. Tom Anderson moved that we send the boxes for the troops now in hopes they will arrive for Christmas, and then sign cards at the Christmas party to be delivered locally i.e. Alternatives to Violence. Tom Lawford 2^nd the motion and was approved.

New Business: Lincoln Day Banquet will be February 16^th 2008. We will try to coordinate our time with Nez Perce County so we can both have State Candidates and Officials as guests. Tom Anderson has been looking into various locations and offered several options. A motion was made by Tom Anderson that we book the Moose Lodge. Second to the motion by Don Meyer and Thomas Lawford. This passed unanimously. The social hour will begin 6:00 p.m. with dinner at 7:00 if this works with Nez Perce County schedule.
