Meeting called to order 7:10 p.m.

Town Hall Meeting. Deary Community Center.

Pledge of Allegiance. Opening Prayer by Russell Foster.

Minutes of last meeting approved.

Barrett Schroeder is moving into a different precinct very soon. He must resign his position in precinct #6. A motion was made by Frank Dammarell and 2^nd by Roger Falen that Barrett be appointed to precinct #13. The motion passed and will be effective 9/1/2007.

There was some discussion about a lawsuit re: primary elections. It was made clear that no party money goes toward this lawsuit.

The next meeting date is scheduled for August 28^th. That is also the night for a Baked Potato Fundraiser in Moscow for Congressman Bill Sali. We will have a short business meeting before and encourage attendance at the dinner.

The Latah County Fair is coming up in September. Plans for the Republican booth will be made during next months meeting.

Our attending elected officials, Senator Gary Schroeder, Sheriff Wayne Rausch, Commissioner Jack Nelson and Treasurer Connie Ferguson all spoke with time for questions and answers.
